Recommended Use or Purpose:

Helps to maintain and support healthy hair, bones, nail, mucous membranes and skin; Source of (non-essential) amino acids involved in muscle protein synthesis; Used in Herbal Medicine as a tonic to help relieve general weakness, fatigue and/or to aid during recovery; Helps improve mental and/or physical performance after periods of mental and/or physical exertion.

Recommended Dosage:

Adults 19 years and older: 
2 tablet 1 time per day. Take with food, a few hours before or after taking other medications or natural health products.

Cautions and Warnings:

Consult a health care practitioner if symptoms persist or worsen. Consult a health care professional prior to use if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, have any type of acute infection and if you are taking sulfonamides; Inform your healthcare practitioner that you are taking this product, as it provides biotin in amounts which may interfere with laboratory tests.

Contraindications:

Do not use this product if you have high blood pressure.
