How do I use it?

Recommended Dose (Adults): Take 2 tablets once daily, preferably away from food.

Cautions & Warnings:

Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are taking blood pressure medication or blood thinners; if you are taking medication, have a medical condition or are planning any medical procedure; or if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Hypersensitivity/allergy has been known to occur with shellfish; in which case, discontinue use.
